EGOclubmanagement is our software for private clubs. The website, reservations, the member network, and marketing sit together, built for golf and country clubs.
The site is designed around the club, not dropped onto a generic template. Members book tee times, racquet courts, the pool, dining, lessons, and events, with family and guests on the same reservation. Staff get email and ordering that run without a pile of manual work.

Email, texts, and ordering
The email builder is drag and drop. Send to people registered for an event, or segment by member type, gender, age, committee, or a group you define. The same groups can get a text.
Food ordering covers pickup and delivery. You set the windows, the minimum order, and the delivery fee.
What staff run
Forms, surveys, polls, and questionnaires. A document library, picture galleries, weather, streaming video, and content that publishes and comes down on a schedule. Access stays with the people who should have it.
A custom module can be built when the club needs something the standard set does not cover. The software also connects to TAI Club Management, ForeTees, and Golf Genius. EGO is an independent provider and is not affiliated with those companies.
