EGOcommerce
The website, the app, and the register. One suite.
EGOcommerce is the store website, the ordering app, and the point of sale, running as one system.
Solution
EGOcommerce
- Website
- App
- POS
- One catalog
The website, the app, and the POS in one suite.
EGOcommerce is the suite we offer shops and restaurants that sell in person and online. The website, the app, and the point of sale are one system, not three you have to keep in sync.
A product is entered once. It shows on the site, in the app, and on the register. An order from any of them is the same order.
What the suite includes
Three ways to sell. One set of products.
Website
The store people browse and buy from. It is designed around the shop, and it stays open when the counter is closed.
App
The same store on a phone. A customer can place an order, and staff can take one, from the same catalog.
POS
The point of sale at the counter. It rings up the same products the website and the app sell.
One catalog
A product, a price, and the details are entered once. All three parts of the suite show the same thing.
One set of orders
A sale at the counter and a sale online land together, so the count does not split across systems.
Ours to shape
EGOcommerce is our suite. We can shape it around how the shop actually sells, instead of handing over a template and leaving.
One system
A sale is a sale, wherever it starts.
The counter, the phone, and the website share the catalog.
- 01
Catalog
Products, prices, and details live in one place.
- 02
Website
Customers look and buy when they are not in the shop.
- 03
App
An order can start on a phone, in the customer's hand or in yours.
- 04
Register
The POS sells the same products at the counter.
The website
This is the public store. People browse what you have and buy it. The site is designed around the shop, not dropped onto a generic theme.
What is listed there is the same catalog the app and the register use. A price change is made once.
The app
The app is that store on a phone. A customer orders from it. Staff can take an order from it too.
It is not a second list of products. If the register can sell it, the app can sell it.
The point of sale
The POS is the register at the counter. It rings up the products the website and the app already know.
A busy hour in the shop does not create a different inventory from the one people see online.
