Managed IT Services
Someone who already knows your setup answers the phone.
Workstations, servers, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and the website. One team, a response time you can point to, and a monthly program.
Service
Managed IT Services
- Devices
- Servers and the office network
- Microsoft 365 or Google
- Security, backup, and a plan
You stop re-explaining the network.
When something breaks, the person who picks up already knows the devices, the office network, the cloud accounts, and the site. Security and backup are part of that same plan, not a second vendor you have to introduce.
A review on a schedule keeps the roadmap, the budget, and the risks in front of you, so IT stays ahead of the business instead of trailing a pile of tickets.
What we take off your plate
The day-to-day, handled by the same people.
Devices
Workstations watched, patched, and supported remotely. Phones and tablets enrolled and secured.
Servers and the office network
On-prem and cloud servers, plus the firewall, switches, and Wi-Fi at each location.
Microsoft 365 or Google
Accounts, licensing, and backup, so a new hire or a departure isn't a scavenger hunt.
Security, backup, and a plan
Endpoint protection, identity monitoring, offsite backup, and a vCIO review of roadmap, budget, and risk.
The website
It sits with the same team as the network, so a slow page isn't a ticket passed between vendors.
A time you can point to
Support with a response time, instead of a queue that answers when it answers.
How we get started
- 01
Discover
We map who works where, which devices they use, and what would hurt if it stopped.
- 02
Onboard
Every device gets an agent, a baseline, and a note so the next call starts from the facts.
- 03
Protect
Monitoring, backup, and the security layers go live before we call it done.
- 04
Review
You sit down with a vCIO on a schedule, not only when something is already broken.
- 05
Support
Day-to-day calls go to people who already have the notes from onboarding.
- 06
Stay ahead
Patches, backups, and the scheduled review continue after the first month.
Programs
Pick a support level, or hand us the whole stack.
