The Challenge

A private club runs on reservations. Members book paddle courts, tee times, tables, and the pool, and they sign up for events.

The site, and the software

We built the website and the software behind it. The club runs on EGOclubmanagement, our SaaS system for private clubs. EGO wrote everything the members see when they book:

  • Paddle court reservations
  • Golf tee times
  • Dining reservations across several rooms and restaurants
  • Pool reservations
  • Event registration

Events fill up on their own. Each one has a wait list, and when someone cancels, the next member is moved in and told by notification and text. A reminder goes out 24 hours ahead.

Members also have their own social page. They can add each other as friends, chat, and share files.

Results & Impact

Members book the club from one place, and events fill and refill without the office chasing anyone.
