Being a private country club community, Delaire Country Club wanted to showcase their real estate and country club lifestyle as one unique brand. Along with combining these two objectives, Delaire also wanted their website to be completely automated with the MLS. After breaking down all of their objectives, they realized that not only are we selling homes, but we are selling custom-built homes, homes that need renovations, and normal real estate. Selling renovation and custom build programs are not currently handled by the MLS and would need to be showcased well to potential buyers.
EGO created a single solution that directly ties in with their membership sales. Giving potential members an opportunity to browse current real estate offerings along with showcasing approval contractors with blueprints. The lifestyle is felt throughout the site allowing people to use less imagination when making a decision.
