The Challenge

Rivet Health Law advises physicians, medical groups, and other providers on billing, reimbursement, and compliance. A lot of what the firm shares is practical: spreadsheets, calculators, checklists, and forms that a billing office can actually use. The previous site wasn't built to hold that much. The useful material was hard to find, and the firm needed something it could keep adding to.

Our Solution

We built the new site as a Node.js front end on a headless CMS. The pages are fast, and the firm edits content without touching the code. WordPress stays in the background as the place forms are stored and managed, so submissions and downloads live in a tool the team already knows.

Results & Impact

The site now works more like a library than a brochure. Providers can come for a free spreadsheet or checklist, read about a billing issue, and reach the firm from the same place. The firm adds new resources through the CMS, and we host the whole thing.
