InfuSystems needed a streamlined way for their internal sales team to order sales materials such as flyers, brochures, and leave-behinds. Their previous process was time-consuming, required manual coordination with the print house, and created delays in getting materials into the hands of the sales team. Additionally, they needed a secure, internal-only solution that could integrate seamlessly with their existing systems while eliminating traditional payment processing for these internal transactions.
We developed a custom e-commerce-style website called Sales Hub, designed specifically for internal use by InfuSystems’ sales team. The site uses Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication via OneLogin, ensuring secure and seamless access for authorized employees. Instead of standard checkout with payment processing, the platform bills orders directly to the company’s internal cost centers. We also integrated the platform directly with their print house, enabling orders to be processed and fulfilled automatically without additional manual steps. This removed bottlenecks, reduced administrative workload, and ensured materials reached sales representatives faster.
